My mission is to be the facilitator that awakens your body's potential to heal itself.  Through relaxation, energy movement and therapeutic massage, I provide a safe and comfortable space to guide you into a state of relaxation and healing potential.
I have always believed that I was meant to help guide people.  I was drawn to the medical field as my chosen profession and began my studies as an X-ray technician.  Soon after graduating, I realized that my empathic nature and connection to spirit was best suited for a different type of healing modality. I continued my journey of self discovery with countless hours devoted to learning; both in the classroom and out.  I graduated from Spirit Wellness Institution as a Massachusetts licensed Massage Therapist. Along the way I have studied the art of Reiki energy as well as Polarity energy principles integrating these principles into my massage treatments. As I continue to dive deeper into health and harmony I continue to learn that trusting and honoring my own intuition is one of the biggest gifts I can give myself and others.  I hope to offer each person I have the opportunity to connect with; authentic and effective tools to help find peace and harmony in their own bodies and minds.
